Ceran LifeQuest conducts measurement and integration work for life-science systems. The programme exists in service of the whole — measurement at the edges, not the compartments — and it is a first step: what it makes visible, further work may restore.
The programme's discipline is identifiability-gated measurement design: quantify what a given sensor configuration can and cannot identify — before deploying it — and pre-register the conditions that would withdraw an interpretation. The same discipline governs every study the programme publishes: claims are stated with their evidence tier, and instruments are validated before constructs are asserted.
Two application areas are in development — one in human performance, one in chronic functional conditions. Each is made public only once its covering intellectual-property filings are in place.
The programme is led by Shangguan Qi, whose background is life-science strategy and policy, and who practices in multiple movement traditions. All research is conducted with declared AI assistance, and every public artifact is independently red-teamed before release.
Completed work is posted to public preprint servers. A dedicated space for discussing it is in preparation.
